#2 – Is The Movie ‘Lion King’ Based On A True Story?

I could see how one might think The Lion King was based on a true story given the similarities to real life. However, it was only based loosely (and I mean VERY loosely) on a true story. Basically the only true part was that there really are lions in the wild!
