#7 – Smoky Eyes
Smoky eyes is a fail-safe look for a night out. Avoid harsh, panda eyes by choosing slate and graphite shades rather than black, or if you’re really brave why not try a bright blue or prune. This season, orangey and bronze shades are on trend and luckily they suit everyone! There aren’t any set rules for achieving this look, but here is a simple method to get you started.
Start by applying a dark kohl eyeliner along the upper and lower lash lines, don’t worry about being too precise – the messier the better. Next take a lighter shade of bronze and apply under the lower lash line and the eyelid, blending up to the brow. Next take a darker shade and apply the to outer corners and the crease of the eyelid creating a winged effect. Finally add a small amount of black eyeshadow to the outer corners to create extra smokiness. Finish with lashings of mascara and then PARTY! The best part? It will look even better the morning after.
