Cool Tip #2 – Hands Under Cold Water
Here’s a great tip for cooling down quite quickly. Simply run cold or cool water over your hands, in particular over the inner side of your wrists. This cools the blood flowing through the arteries and, in turn as it’s pumped around, cools the rest of your body as well. Just a few minutes is enough to feel the difference. If you haven’t got access to running water then use bottled water or fill a bowl/basin with water and add a few ice cubes. Great for the feet too.
