Let’s be honest, we all love to surf the web or watch TV late at night. But, face it; you almost always end up wasting your time looking at something that isn’t pertinent at all, and that just distracts you from getting a good night’s sleep. Instead, you should turn off the TV or computer, and go to bed early. It will surely help you on your mission of waking up early.
