#2 – Energy Drinks Damage Tooth Enamel
Energy drinks are often advertised as healthier and better version of your typical sugar-filled soft drinks. And while a lot of sugar that is found in these drinks is bad for your teeth and can cause rotting, acids found in energy and sports drinks are also damaging to your teeth. They primarily damage enamel, which causes your teeth to become more sensitive to touch and temperature changes, as well as more vulnerable to decay and cavities.
