#6 – Have Sex Regularly

This sounds obvious, but you’d be surprised at the number of couples who struggle with this. It’s easy to think that you need to rush through sex before and during ovulation, and neglect it the rest of the month, or have intercourse far more than you normally would all the way through your cycle. In reality, there is no need to change your routine too much.
Have sex every other day, or every few days. Regular sex keeps healthy sperm around in your body on a frequent basis, which makes it easier to conceive when you ovulate. If you’re having sex after a few days of no intercourse, make sure the gentleman masturbates first. This ensures that the sperm coming out is fresh and alive, as opposed to dead (and therefore useless).
Above all, enjoy it! This is a special time in your lives, and conception can take time. So relax and have fun.
