#4 – Make Sure His Sperm is in Great Shape

Good quality sperm increases the chances of conception, so it’s important to ensure your partner’s looking after his boys. There should be plenty of sperm, and they need to be strong and healthy. There are a few vitamins that can improve sperm production and health, including vitamin D and folic acid. The gentleman should visit the doctor for advice on what to take and how much.
It’s also important to keep the testicles away from excess heat, as sperm flourish in a cool environment. Restrictive clothing, saunas, and hot tubs should all be out of bounds until that bun’s in the oven! It’s also best to cut out alcohol, tobacco (as previously mentioned) and recreational drugs. All of these vices slow down sperm production and reduce the number of healthy swimmers.
