#7 – Hug
Sometimes, physical affection says much more than words ever can. If you want to show how remorseful you are, you should consider just giving the other person a warm hug. It is hard to stay mad at someone who has just hugged you, and scientific research has shown that hugs can relieve depression, anxiety, stress, etc. and promote happiness.
The key to a great apology is to accept the fact that you have done something wrong. If you believe that you haven’t done anything to say sorry about, nothing you say or do will be convincing enough.
