#5 – Relaxation
Of course, if you want to be successful in the modern world, you have to be a hard worker! However, that doesn’t mean that you should ever be in a situation where you sacrifice your health for the sake of being better at something. When making a schedule regarding your daily tasks (like we mentioned on the previous page), you should also keep in mind that you also need to take breaks. Take many short breaks throughout the day, as they too can help you increase your productivity. Keep in mind that knowing when and how to relax is a skill most people don’t have.
