#2 – Lose Weight

Achieving this after the New Year is about as real as dropping 30 pounds while preparing for summer towards the end of May. Face it, there is very little that you will have a chance to lose weight when you see that it is freezing outside and your fridge is stocked. If you really want to lose weight, you shouldn’t make plans when you are going to do it. You should just randomly pick a day and say from now on I am going to be slimmer.
