#6 – Get Some Perspective & Stay Calm
Whenever I got panicked about something, really anything, I often ended up making it worse. So, now I try to stay calm, take a step back and breathe through. A lonely walk always helps, and so does a good hug from the right person. Having people around you that grab you in the critical moment and remind you to just pause and get some perspective isn’t a bad idea either. But each one of us has to find his individual calming medicine; exercise, meditation, mountain climbing, listening to favourite songs. Do whatever helps you.
