There is nothing more natural than water, and lemons will certainly improve the benefits of this drink. Lemons are known for their great level of potassium, calcium, and magnesium. Remember not to mix lemons with cold water, as lukewarm water will bring out the most benefits of the lemons. Don’t think that cold lemon water will refresh you more, just because it is cold. This drink is recommended to be consumed upon waking up, as the high levels of vitamin C in the lemons will make you prepared for the rest of the day.
