#6 – Create a Habit
To make sure that you are ready to wake up early every day, you need to create a habit of doing so. Be persistent with this. It doesn’t matter if you don’t need to wake up early for a week or two. Just continue setting your alarm at the exact same time every day, and you won’t have any problems with this in the future. Don’t worry; it only takes around 3 weeks to create a habit.
