People nowadays think that going on a diet means that you should only buy foods labeled as diet, which is an enormous mistake. Almost all of these diet foods contain large amounts of artificial sweeteners and refined ingredients, all of which can cause cancer (as you might have read earlier in the article). None of the foods labeled as diet are actually real foods. They contain a lot of chemicals that trick your brain, and will make you feel good and get hooked on buying these foods. If you want to go on a diet, we suggest you talk to a nutritionist, who will give you a proper diet plan.
