#7 – Pineapple and Avocado Smoothie
This is a Smoothie fit for a wonderful start into a demanding day. Avocado is a nutrient and vitamin rich vegetable which provides great texture, while pineapple is a great supplier of Vitamin C and has a tropical flavor. You will need:
- ½ ripe avocado, pitted
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- ¼ cup Greek yoghurt with vanilla flavor
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. If needed or desired, add some ice into the blender.
