#6 – Jim Parsons
The Big Bang Theory would not be complete without Sheldon Cooper, but did you know his actor was born in 1973? Jim Parsons has been acting since 1994, where he started out with smaller roles before landing the part of wide-eyed clerk Rob Holbrook on Judging Amy in 2005. Since then he has continued to play men in their early twenties and his most famous character, Sheldon Cooper, is a man-child boy genius seven years younger than his actor. Despite his age Jim remains wrinkle-free, and could easily be mistaken for someone 20 years his junior.
After being outed in The New York Times in 2012, Jim has become something of a gay icon. He is rather private about the long-term relationship he has been in since 2002, but he spoke more about gay rights after taking the role of a campaigner with AIDS in HBO movie The Normal Heart. Here’s hoping that he continues to entertain us with his youthful looks and considerable talent for a long time to come.
