#10 – Beans
Beans have increased amounts of proteins in their composition and no fat. Furthermore, they’re filled with fibers, they clean out the whole system, and they maintain a properly-functioning digestive system. There are several types of beans one should consider to lose weight such as lima beans, kidney beans, and white beans. In order to act like a fat-burner they must not be mixed with additional products such as pork or additional cold meats. You can always boil them (don’t forget to change the water several times) and mix them with your daily salad.
