#6 – Express Gratitude
More and more studies are finding a correlation between gratitude and anxiety. Expressing gratitude and focusing on the positive things in life have been proven to reduce anxiety.
Make an attempt each day to express gratitude. A great way to do this is to keep a gratitude journal and simply write down a few things to be grateful for each day. Bringing attention to the positive reduce the attention on the negative and can help rewire the brain to focus on the good before the bad.
